Ron's Mission: My mission is to plant churches, assess and coach church planters, communicate broadly church planting efforts in Ohio and assist the director in the administration of VisionOhio affairs.

Planting.  40% Start a new church–place and persons to be discovered.

Planter Care.  30% Coach/Mentor (max 8) and build Assessment Center. Finish this round of Brethren coach training.

Communications.20% Maintain web site, VO Newsletter, VO Days Promotion, in churches no more than 1/mo. Focus on Northwest and Northeast OH relationships.

Administration.  10% VOMT meetings and Skype VOAC meetings and Future Story meetings. Manage support finances.
