Reason for assessing: Church Planter Assessments are often thought of as an entry exam; if you fail the test you don't get to go on to the next step. That is not how we look at it. We do a thorough assessment interview that will help you better discern God's call on your life. If you move on to the next step and begin planting a church, the assessment results will help your coach be better aware of your own personal strengths and weaknesses, and thus more capable of helping you deal with the challenges of church planting. Those who are sponsoring you as a church planter will know better how to pray for you, how to help you be successful, and what to expect from the efforts you make.
