Darby Grace

Shawn and Tracey Kaeser - A small town church plant sponsored by SW GBC.

• Story: Jamie had not been to church in years.  She did not want to drive to the big city or suburbs for church.  She was a Christian but had not followed the Lord as she should. In her own words she was "unhappy."  She came across a flier at the local grocery store for a women's Bible study sponsored by Darby Grace Brethren Church.  She "cold called" us and we invited her to the Bible study.  She came and began to feel connected to the women there, many were from Darby Grace.  We invited her to church in and she has come every Sunday.  In August, she was baptized in the first baptismal service of the church.  Jamie has recommitted her life to Jesus and feels blessed to be part of a new church.  We are helping Jamie realize, however, that she is a blessing to us and an answer to our prayers.  Praise God for Jamie and her story.
