Our Aspiration

VisionOhio aspires to become a Holy Spirit empowered team of 2,500 Grace Brethren men and women that facilitates, assists and resources the planting of 250 Grace Brethren churches in Ohio over the next ten years.

Why VisionOhio?

Between 1990-2000 there was a net loss of 207 churches in Ohio.
607 churches were needed to keep up with population growth.

Additionally, there has been a 9.9% drop in church attendance in the state between the years of 1990-2000.

A major factor in the overall decline is the net loss in number of Ohio churches.  814 additional churches needed to have started in the previous decade to compensate for the decline in percentage attendance.
