Village Grace Mission Center is located in Slavic Village, south of downtown Cleveland. Rich and Reida Bartley have been ministering to people in this area for the past 10 years. In November Cleveland City Council want to recognize Rich and Reida for their faithful work in a very difficult part of Cleveland.
